Michael Anastasi Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer Michael Anastasi joined Qudos Bank as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2004 and has over 30 years' experience in the mutual Banking sector specialising in Finance, Audit, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Prior to joining Qudos Bank, Michael held a number of senior management roles including the Head of Internal Audit and Risk at Australian National Credit Union and the Executive Manager Finance at Bankstown City Credit Union. Michael took on the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer in March 2019 before being officially appointed Chief Executive Officer in May 2020. In that time, he has introduced multiple banking services including mobile payments, real-time payments and added exciting new features to our mobile banking app. Michael is committed to ensuring Qudos Bank's new values of Customer First, One Team, Passionate, Empowering and Authentic are lived by all employees to ensure the excellence in customer service and the value provided by our products meets the high expectations of our customers. |
Stephen Swannell Stephen Swannell began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1986 and has held several Senior Positions in his career span. Stephen joined Qudos Bank in 2002 and is currently the Executive Manager Retail Banking. Stephen is responsible for Qudos Bank’s Lending, Branch Network, Operations, Contact Centre, Business Development, Third Party, Dispute Resolution and Broker channels. |
Joff Stevens Joff Stevens has over 30 years of marketing experience, in roles spanning brand development, direct marketing, campaign management, analytics, research, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Qudos Bank, he held senior marketing roles in pay television and marketing consulting. Joff joined Qudos Bank in 2010 and works with the Marketing team on Brand, Marketing and Communication strategies to underpin accelerated profitable growth. |
David Bridges David Bridges joined Qudos Bank in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience in Technology and Banking. As Chief Information Officer he is responsible for Qudos Bank’s strategic technology needs including development of our Digital Banking and CyberSecurity capabilities. Additionally, David is also responsible for the organisations Project Management Office (PMO) and Property Services. As CIO, David is committed to making banking easier, striving to continuously make new enhancements and updates to the Bank’s technology services. |
Antar Chahine Antar Chahine is a Risk, Audit, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Fraud Seasoned Professional with over two decades of experience in Financial Services. Having joined Qudos Bank in 2010 as Internal Audit Manager, Antar moved into the role of Chief Risk Officer in 2017 and is now accountable for Qudos Banks’ Risk, Compliance, Fraud and AML/CTF Functions. |
Cindy Hansen Cindy Hansen is an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry and over 25 years’ experience specialising in legal, compliance and governance. Cindy has worked with Qudos Bank for 20 years and is proud to also oversee the bank's Environment, Social and Governance strategy. |
Wendy Hadenham As an experienced Human Resources professional, Wendy Hadenham has over 18 years experience in the finance sector. Previous to Qudos Bank, Wendy was a Human Resource Business Partner at JP Morgan Chase, supporting Investment Bank, Equities and Custody Business. She joined Qudos Bank in 2011 as an Assistant Manager before moving into Manager and then Executive Manager Human Resources in 2019. In this role, Wendy focuses on empowering our people through our values, development opportunities and people initiatives. |
Anna Milinkovic Anna Milinkovic has returned to Qudos Bank as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in February 2021. Anna first joined Qudos Bank (Qantas Staff Credit Union at the time) as Financial Controller in 2005 before moving onto senior management roles including Financial Controller at Westpac and General Manager Finance at Thales. Anna brings with her over 20 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry specialising in Accounting, Audit, and Controller responsibilities. In her role, she works closely with the Executive, Finance, Payment Operations and Treasury teams. |
