Qudos Bank is an unlisted public company owned by our customers and run by our Board of Directors. Currently the Board consists of nine directors.
Barry Jackson Barry Jackson joined Qantas in 1987 and is currently an A380 Captain. Barry is a past President of the Australian and International Pilots Association (AIPA) (the professional body representing Qantas pilots), where he served as President for 5 years and as a member of the AIPA Committee of Management for 10 years. Barry has been a Qudos Bank Director since 2015 and is currently Chair of the Governance & Remuneration and Technology Committees and a member of the Audit Committee. |
Andrew Leithhead Andrew Leithhead's career has spanned many financial services disciplines, including investment portfolio management, stockbroking, investment banking, equity and debt capital markets and commercial banking (including digital transformation) in Australia and in the U.S.A. He has held senior leadership positions in large, multi-national companies and smaller, local businesses, including ANZ Banking Group, KPMG, Barclays Bank Group, Gilbert & Tobin Lawyers and Meares & Phillips. He is currently self-employed as a strategy and leadership consultant. Andrew's experience as a director includes ANZ Equities, LINWAR Securities, The Scots College and KPMG Corporate Finance (Australia). He is currently Chair of the Australian Racing Drivers’ Club (which operates Sydney Motorsport Park) and a Non-Executive Director of The Anglican Schools Corporation. Andrew joined the Qudos Bank Board as Director in 2017 and he currently serves as a member of the Governance & Remuneration and Risk Committees. |
Colin Adams Colin retired from Qantas in 2009 as a Captain on B747-400 aircraft after 40 years of service and is a past President and Honorary Life Member of the Australian International Pilots Association (AIPA), the professional body representing Qantas pilots. He was formerly Chairman of Interrelate Ltd, a public company providing relationship services, where he served for over 13 years. Colin has worked as a Company Director since 1993 and remains an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently serves on the Boards of two privately owned companies investing funds in property and equities in Australia and overseas. Colin has been a Director of Qudos Bank since 2008 and after 7 years on the Risk Committee now serves as a member of the Technology Committee and the Audit Committee. |
Mark Boesen Mark Boesen has over 45 years' experience in Accounting and Management, including 31 years with Qantas finance, of which he was General Manager Superannuation for 16 years. Currently, Mark is a Partner at S&K Accounting Solutions and has been for almost 15 years. Mark joined the Qudos Bank Board as a Director in 1992 and he currently serves as a member of the Technology Committee. |
Jennifer Dalitz Jennifer Dalitz is a CA and CPA qualified finance professional with extensive strategic and operational experience in financial services and management consulting. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of retail banking, business banking and wealth management; and she has led major customer strategy and change programs, complex business units, and diverse boards and management teams through periods of complex change. Jen was appointed as a Director of Qudos Bank in 2019 and she currently serves as a member of the Governance & Remuneration Committee and Chair of the Risk Committee. |
Joe Dicks Joe Dicks is a registered Chartered Accountant with over 33 years’ experience in the finance, agriculture and aged cared (including retirement living) industries. His career spans corporate advisory, business restructuring, profit improvement and risk & governance advice, and he is currently Chairman of the Board for Campus Living Villages, as well as Non-Executive Director for Think Childcare Limited and Melbourne Polytechnic. Joe joined as Director of Qudos Bank in 2020 and currently serves on the Audit Committee. |
Gary Halliday Gary Halliday began his journey with Qudos Bank in 1968 and worked his way up to General Manager (CEO). He retired from Qudos Bank in September 2003 after leading the bank for 14 years. During his employment with the bank he was a foundation director of Indue Limited (a company formed to provide services such as debit and credit cards, chequing, ATM, bankPost, and BPay facilities) and the National Credit Union Association, and served on a number of Government Advisory Boards and Ministerial Committees. In 2004 Gary joined the Qudos Bank Board as a Director and he currently serves as a member of the Governance & Remuneration Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. |
Clare Mazzetti Clare Mazzetti has a diverse background in management consulting and the financial services industry holding roles which span sales, investment management, strategy, planning, program management and M&A functions. Most recently, Clare has led a range of regulatory and growth transformation programs for clients in the banking industry. In addition to guiding organisations through change and transformation, Clare brings prior board experience across several sectors including the mutual sector, having previously served on the Police Bank board. Clare was appointed to the Board of Qudos Bank in 2020 and she currently serves as a member of the Risk Committee. |
Dawson Petie Dawson Petie has over 20 years' experience as a company Director and Board Chair. He has served on the Boards of some of Australia’s largest organisations including UnitingCare, QIC, Queensland Rail and Sunsuper. He also has a strong commitment to the not-for-profit and mutual sector recently serving on the Board of Indue Ltd and currently Board Chair of NORTEC. He has held senior executive positions in major business organisations, including commercial, government and not-for-profit businesses. Prior to his retirement from full-time employment, Dawson was a general manager for QIC (one of Australia’s major institutional investors). He was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2003. Dawson was appointed to the Board of Qudos Bank in 2020 and he currently serves as a member of the Risk and Technology Committees. |
