How we're building a better future

At Qudos Bank we’re committed to making banking easier and building a better future for our customers.

Already this year we have launched the ability to change PIN numbers and manage lost and stolen cards online; provided customers with the ability to book appointments directly with our home loan lending specialists; and empowered customers with the ability to lock in an advertised fixed home loan rate for a period of 90 days.

But we’ve only just begun! Later this year we will making available a new generation of technology only possible through our digital transformation project.

What will our digital transformation project deliver?
  • Mobile banking app (compatible for both iOS and Android) – a new app with additional features, tools and improved speed
  • Online Banking – a new look Online Banking which is more intuitive, which includes simpler application forms, and which empowers you with more options to deal with us
  • Core Banking System – a new system to provide more flexibility to evolve and improve our offering to customers as your needs and technology evolve

 

How will customers benefit?
  • We’re essentially building an online branch – providing you more services, tools and functionality available online, 24/7
  • The ability to personalise your banking experience and reduce application time and effort
  • New tools and calculators to help you better track and manage your money
  • Ability to take more control of your accounts, with new ways to contact us if you need advice or help
  • New technology to provide additional layers of security on your accounts

 

Delivery of other services, tools and products:
  • Fixed rate – get a rate guarantee on a fixed rate home loan for a period of 90 days (January 2017)
  • Online PIN change and report a stolen/lost card within your Online Banking (February 2017)
  • Online bookings for face to face, phone call and skype appointments with our home loan lending specialists (March 2017)
