Thank you to our customers for your support and patience as we look to transition to our new banking system and launch our new mobile banking app and online banking.

While we had anticipated our readiness to launch in October, we acknowledge the enormity of this project and the importance of getting this right.

As such, we have decided to spend more time to ensure our project objectives are met and that we deliver the best possible solution for our people and customers.

We are currently working on a revised schedule, however at this stage, we can confirm that this launch won’t be in 2017.

What will our digital transformation project deliver?
  • Mobile banking app (compatible for both iOS and Android) – a new app with additional features, tools and improved speed
  • Online Banking – a new look Online Banking which is more intuitive, which includes simpler application forms, and which empowers you with more options to deal with us
  • Core Banking System – a new system to provide more flexibility to evolve and improve our offering to customers as your needs and technology evolve
