We’ve been advised by our payment processing partner that there has been an error in processing BPAY payment files since last Thursday evening, 10th October.
This critical incident is being addressed as a matter of urgency and we’re working to have the issue rectified as soon as possible. We’re endeavouring to have the files sent out this evening, and we’ll provide an update as soon as we can.
