Changes to Australia Post services during COVID-19

With recent changes to the delivery services provided by Australia Post and the current delays they’re experiencing due to COVID-19 we wanted to advise you that this may result in delays to you receiving your statements or card renewals.

You may wish to switch to e-statements to ensure that you receive your statements as soon as they are available. Switching to e-statements is fast, convenient and most importantly environmentally friendly.

Follow these easy steps to switch:

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Click on the Services tab
  • Select the eStatements icon
  • Read the Terms and Conditions
  • Click Register

Once registered, you can retrieve your eStatements from within Online Banking straight away.

We also wanted to mention that some Post Offices have updated their hours, while others may be temporarily closed at this time. To check the operating hours of your local Australia Post Office please visit https://auspost.com.au/locate/
