Changes to the Terms and Conditions for Savings Accounts and Payment Services

We have updated our Terms and Conditions for Savings Accounts and Payment Services to accommodate changes to Visa payWave limits.
These amendments see the daily transaction limit for Visa payWave increase from $200 to 30 transactions or $15,000 per day. You may be requested to enter your card PIN for transactions over $100. Mobile payments may also require pre-authentication on your device.

Our card fraud monitoring services provided by our partner ORION continue on all card transactions including payWave transactions to ensure the security of our customers’ accounts.
To help us protect your accounts in the event that your card is lost or stolen please ensure you notify us immediately. Similarly, please notify us if your mobile device or other payment device linked to your Visa cards becomes compromised or stolen.
