Introducing self-serve transaction limit increases

Bank the way you want, when you want. You can now manage and increase your limits within Online Banking.

We’re putting you in control of your transaction limits with the introduction of self-serve increases.

To change your limits simply select the transaction limits icon under the settings tab from the dashboard menu. To keep your account and transactions secure you’ll be required to enter your QSafe SMS or VIP Token code to proceed.

If you require a higher limit than you’re able to set in Online Banking our service team can assist by providing you with alternative options that may be available. Please call us on 1300 747 747 or send us a secure email.

Please note: Increasing your daily limits may increase your liability for unauthorised transactions. Remember to reduce your limit after you’ve made a transaction unless you require a higher limit on a regular basis.
