Online Banking accessibility - Antivirus software issue

We’ve been advised that some customers are having difficulty accessing online banking from their computers due to an incompatibility with their anti-virus software.
Their anti-virus programs are rendering a threat error message preventing access to the site.
The issue in question is occurring with the following anti-virus software programs:
In order to access Online Banking you will need to contact your anti-virus software provider for assistance, or alternatively access online banking from another device, a tablet or mobile for example.
