Online Banking Upgrade

We’ve recently upgraded Online Banking to include improvements to eStatement functionality and accessibility. The upgrade includes a new layout which allows for easier navigation to view your eStatements.

The improved interface will allow customers to view or download their monthly statements more fluidly, with statements being shown by issue date and account statement type. The upgrade also rectifies issues that we previously had with iOS devices.

How to view eStatements?

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Go to the services tab and click on the view eStatements icon
  3. View your eStatements which will be displayed by issue date and statement account

If you would like to nominate another email address to have your eStatements notification sent to, please log in to Online Banking, go to the service tab and click on ‘manage eStatements’. From here follow the prompts to update your email address and hit save.

On occasions, we may have important service announcements or notices to share with you. We’ve made it easy for you to identify these important messages in Online Banking, by including the information as an ‘insert’ on the eStatements page. If you see this link, please download and view.

Providing your Tax File Number in Online Banking

In addition to the eStatement enhancement, customers will also be able to add in their Tax File Number (TFN) in Online Banking rather than calling our Contact Centre. It’s easy to do, simply log in to Online Banking, go to the settings tab and click on the ‘Supply Tax File Number’ icon and enter your TFN.
