Please be advised we have scheduled a network outage that will impact Real-time payment & banking services between 12:00am Sunday 15 November 2020 – 07:00am Monday 16 November 2020 AEDT.

During the above maintenance window, the below services will be impacted.

Real-time payment services will be unavailable between 10:00pm Sunday 15 November – 7:00am Monday 16 November AEDT.

Online banking, mobile banking and phone banking services may experience disruptions between 12:00am – 7:00am Sunday 15 November AEDT.

Please note, you will still have access to card payments and transactions with the following temporary limits applying to your purchases and ATM withdrawals (subject to your available balance).

  • Cash Withdrawals - $500 per transaction
  • Purchases at point of sale - $1000 per transaction
  • Total Daily Limit - $1000
