Please be advised we have a scheduled outage and maintenance that will impact our banking services between Saturday 30 November to Sunday 1 December 2019, between 11:55pm – 7:30am AEDT.

BPAY View hub will be unavailable between Saturday 30 November from 11:55pm to Sunday 1 December 2019 6:00am AEDT. however, customers can still make BPAY payments.

Online banking, mobile banking, phone banking and card and BPAY transactions will be unavailable between 3:00am-7:30am AEDT on Sunday 1 December.

Please Note: during this offline period customers will still have access to card payments and transactions with the following temporary limits applying to their purchases and ATM withdrawals (subject to their available balance).

  • Cash Withdrawals - $500 per transaction
  • Purchases at point of sale - $1000 per transaction
  • Total Daily Limit - $1000
