Update to our Fees & Charges

We’re pleased to advise that effective today, Monday 25th March we will no longer charge a fee for rejected periodical payments.

It covers all automatic transfers where funds are being transferred from one account to another and there aren’t sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. The $5 rejection fee will no longer apply, however the payment itself will still reject if funds aren’t available and customers will need to adjust their payments accordingly.
