Attention: open in a new window. Print

Reporting scams is really important, if you have identified a hoax or unwittingly engaged in an unsolicited email it is imperative you act quickly and let us know as soon as possible. It allows us the opportunity to investigate the information that has been brought to our attention and use it to minimise the chance of others being affected.

Simply forward your hoax email or scam details to As the Fraud team analyse your correspondence, we are unable to respond directly to individual emails as this may compromise the integrity of the investigation.

If you believe your security has been compromised or notice a transaction you did not authorise, contact us immediately on 1300 747 747 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm and Sat 9am-5pm).

However any non Qudos related scams are to be submitted to SCAMwatch an independent website run by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

SCAMwatch provides information to consumers and small businesses on how to recognise, avoid and report scams. Anything reported to SCAMwatch will be analysed and acted on by the ACCC.
