Qudos Bank branch network

Cash and cheque deposits can be made at most Qudos Bank Branches. The Ascot Branch in Brisbane is the only branch that does not accept cash deposits, however, they do still accept cheque deposits. Please be aware that none of our branches accept coin deposits.

Westpac partnered services

You can also deposit cash and cheques at Westpac branches or participating Australia Post offices. To deposit money (including coin deposits) at a Westpac branch, you need a pre-encoded deposit book which can be provided at no cost by calling us on 1300 747 747.

Bank@Post partnered services

Although we have branches located in most major cities across Australia, we know you sometimes want to do your banking somewhere that’s a bit closer to home. We've partnered with Australia Post to give you access to over 3,500 of their Bank@Post outlets. Here, you can provide proof of identity (required to open some accounts), make cheque or cash deposits and cash withdrawals.

To make a deposit or withdrawal at Australia Post, you need the Visa Debit card or CueCard which is linked to the account you wish to make the deposit onto and your PIN. Please note that the clearance time for any cheque that is deposited via Australia Post is 5 working days. Cash deposits at Bank@Post outlets are limited to a maximum of $3,000, and withdrawals must be below $10,000.

To locate your nearest participating Australia Post office, please visit the Bank@Post website.
