Qudos Bank Branches

Cash and cheque deposits can be made at most Qudos Bank Branches. The Ascot Branch in Brisbane is the only branch that does not accept cash deposits, however, they do still accept cheque deposits. Please be aware that none of our branches accept coin deposits. Customers can make coin deposits at participating Westpac branches.

Westpac Branches

Qudos Bank customers can deposit cash and cheques at participating Westpac branches. To deposit money at a Westpac branch, you need a pre-encoded deposit book which can be provided at no cost by calling us on 1300 747 747. Please note, that effective from 1st of July 2020, over the counter (OTC) cash deposits will be limited to $7,500 per day and per account. To deposit coins, we recommend you first check with your preferred Westpac branch if they accept coins.

If you are depositing a cheque at a Westpac branch, you can expect the cheque to clear within 4 business days. You can expect cash deposits to be cleared and the funds made available in your Qudos Bank account the next business day.

Australia Post

We know sometimes you’d prefer to do your banking somewhere that’s a bit closer to home. That’s why we've partnered with Australia Post to give you fee free access to over 3,500 of their Bank@Post outlets.

To make a deposit at Australia Post, all you need is your Qudos Bank Visa Debit card or CueCard and the PIN linked to your account. Please note that the clearance time for any cheque that is deposited via Australia Post is 7 business days. Cash deposits (excluding coins) at Bank@Post outlets are limited to a maximum of $3,000 per day.
