Qudos Bank Branches
Cash and cheque deposits can be made at most Qudos Bank Branches. The Ascot Branch in Brisbane is the only branch that does not accept cash deposits, however, they do still accept cheque deposits. Please be aware that none of our branches accept coin deposits. Please note we can't accept coin deposits
We know sometimes you’d prefer to do your banking somewhere that’s a bit closer to home. That’s why we've partnered with Australia Post to give you fee free access to over 3,500 of their Bank@Post outlets.
To make a deposit at Australia Post, all you need is a new barcoded deposit book or your Qudos Bank Visa Debit card and the PIN linked to your account. Please note that the clearance time for any cheque that is deposited through Bank@Post is 7 business days. Cash deposits (excluding coins) at Bank@Post outlets are limited to a maximum of $9,999.95 per day. Coin deposits at Bank@Post outlets are limited to a maximum of $20.00 (this must be bagged, no loose coin accepted). The maximum number of cheques that can be deposited is 99 cheques with a total value of $999,999.99. For combination deposits of both cash and cheques deposits, a maximum of 99 cheques and total value of $999,999.99 of which maximum cash value is $9,999.95 applies. For combination deposits of both cash and cheques we recommend that customers deposit each separately to avoid delays on their cash portion. If deposited together the cash could take up to 7 business days to clear in line with current cheque clearance times.
