Qudos Bank is taking a variety of precautionary measures to protect our customers and our employees from the impact of the COVID-19 virus.

These measures include additional cleaning services in our branch network and head office facilities. It also includes some employees working remotely to support social distancing recommendations.

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty due to illness or employment disruptions at this time please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the assistance available to you and your family.

All of our branches remain open, however we encourage customers to practice social distancing where possible and use alternative means for withdrawing cash or making account transactions should they feel unwell. Our call centre is available to assist with account and service enquiries as normal.

You can visit most major ATM networks and withdraw cash and make balance enquiries free of charge. You can also withdraw cash at most major supermarkets and Australia Post free of charge.

Note: Some independent ATM networks (within Australia and overseas) may charge a fee for cash withdrawals and balance enquiries, for example CashCard, Travelex and some ATMs situated inside pubs, clubs and hotels. Please remember any fees charged will be advised and require acceptance at an ATM at the time of your transaction.
