Important Service Maintenance - Online Mobile and Phone Banking

We recently commenced important service maintenance to our core banking systems which has involved a series of upgrades over the last month. To complete this round of upgrades we will be scheduling maintenance on Sunday, 27th May from 1.00am to 7.00am (AEST).

During this time online banking, mobile banking and phone banking will be unavailable. If you are travelling, or out and about during this time, then it’s best to plan ahead.

Please Note: during this offline period you will still have access to card payments and transactions with the following temporary limits applying to your purchases and ATM withdrawals (subject to your available balance).

  • Cash Withdrawals - $500 per transaction
  • Purchases at point of sale - $1000 per transaction
  • Total Daily Limit - $1000
