Reset your password online – making banking easier

We’ve all been there. It’s late at night, or early on a Sunday morning – you’re paying some bills and catching up on your banking - and that password you were confident of is being rejected.
Up till now, you’ve had to wait for the next working day to reach out to us to request a password reset. Not anymore. We’re thrilled to announce that from now on, we’re giving you the ability to reset your own Online Banking password.
You’re in control 24/7
If you forget your password, simply use the online reset feature available on the login page of Online Banking. You’ll be asked some questions to verify your identity, then follow the prompts to reset your password.
We’ve recently made additional investments in technology designed to identify and stop fraudulent activity on your accounts. This technology complements the card monitoring services we have offered for many years – meaning that banking with us isn’t just getting easier and faster, but more secure too. We look forward to bringing you additional service enhancements throughout 2019.
