Scheduled Maintenance - Online, Mobile and Phone Banking

We have scheduled maintenance for our Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking services between the hours of 1:30am-7:30am (AEST) on Sunday, 20th of May.

While we do not expect an outage during this period, there is potential for some service interruption and intermittent outages.

If you are travelling, or out and about during this time, then it’s best to plan ahead.

Please Note: during this scheduled maintenance period you will still have access to card payments and transactions, should an outage occur the following temporary limits apply to your purchases and ATM withdrawals (subject to your available balance).

  • Cash Withdrawals - $500 per transaction
  • Purchases at point of sale - $1000 per transaction
  • Total Daily Limit - $1000
