You can access your secure mailbox via the "Contact Us" tab within the menu.

Get Notified

Set up notifications straight to your device to keep track of your account activities including when you receive an Osko payment, a secure mail message or when your account has a negative balance and more. Head to the settings tab to manage these notifications.

Alerts for new secure message received, new device registration and Osko payments received and rejected will be enabled automatically. Notifications for when a payment due date is approaching for your loan or credit card account and when your account is in negative balance can be managed within the app.

You will also need to enable push notifications for the Qudos Bank app within your device settings.

Make real-time payments to BSB and account numbers

Whether you pay using a PayID or BSB and account number, from November 2021, all eligible payments (excluding scheduled transfers) will be sent as Osko payments, meaning all funds will be available in as little as 60 seconds to the recipient.*
