Over the past couple of years, we have identified that our Cue Card product has become less reliable overseas.

In addition, the cross-currency fees and EFTPOS functionality, including internet and contactless payments, has become similar to Visa. We have therefore decided to take this opportunity to simplify our product range by discontinuing the Cue Card from 1st November 2020.

The Visa Debit Card will replace all Cue Cards from the 1st September and provide the same access to your savings account as before but with more reliability, flexibility, and enhanced security monitoring.

Existing Cue Card holders will receive a notification letter in the mail shortly advising of the change and their options following the discontinuation of the product. Members under 16 years who currently hold a Cue Card will receive our new low-limit Visa Debit card.

We have updated our Terms and Conditions for Savings Accounts and Payment Services to accommodate our new low-limit Visa Debit card and our Cue Card being discontinued . You will still have access to your Cue Card up until the 31st October 2020.

Please find below limits to the Visa Debit Cards.
