We have made a few changes to our Terms and Conditions for Savings Accounts and Payments Services.

These changes:

  • Clarify the circumstances where we may need to reverify you in order to meet our AML and customer identification requirements (see page 14);
  • Remind customers that they must not disclose their online banking password to anyone, including their spouse and close family (see page 29); and
  • Clarify our process for dealing with mistaken internet payments. This process reflects the requirements in the ePayments Code (see pages 36 to 38).
