Why is the Qudos Bank BSB not recognised when I make a transfer from within the branch of another Bank?

When making an in-branch transfer from another Australian financial institution into your Qudos Bank account, you may receive an error message saying the Qudos Bank BSB cannot be recognised. In this case, please provide the following details to the sender to complete your transfer:

  • Beneficiary Name: Qudos Mutual Limited
  • Beneficiary Address: Connect Corporate Centre, Level 8, 191 O’Riordan St, Mascot
  • Branch Number (BSB): 032-035
  • Account Number: 197700
  • Beneficiary Bank: Westpac Banking Corporation
  • Bank Address: 1125 Botany Road, Mascot NSW 2020 Australia
  • Beneficiary Reference: [Member Name & Member account number RIM]
