Qudos Bank has launched DocuSign in partnership with Dentons, with all future loan contracts and mortgages being sent via email to clients in most instances, depending on state government legislation, from our solicitors at Dentons.
Please note that generally it takes approximately 48 hours for the loan documents to be issued by Dentons once instructions have been received on their end.
Only one Primary ID Document (Driver license or Passport etc) is required to be submitted with the application. Once the loan is conditionally approved, borrowers will be issued a link via email to complete their full ID checks (via phone or tablet). Please note that the link expires after 48 hours.
Three key areas that will assist in fast turnaround: that can really help our Lending Specialists out:
Get the Data Right:
We've got this cool technology platform for loan stuff, but it works best when we have the right data. So, when you are filling out those ApplyOnline applications, make sure you are on point with the details. Names, mobile numbers, and email addresses for all of the applicants.
Data integrity is the name of the game here. Smooth background checks and zipping out those loan documents electronically depend on it. So, double-check those names and numbers, and let's keep it accurate!
Use the Latest Calculator:
Don't get stuck with an old version of our servicing calculator. Head over to your aggregator platform or our broker portal at www.qudosbank.com.au/broker to grab the latest one.
Using an outdated calculator can slow things down, and we don't want that. Bookmark that portal and stay up-to-date.
Stick to the Checklist:
The application checklist is your best friend. It tells you exactly what documents you need to submit a perfect loan application. Follow it closely, and you'll avoid those pesky delays. If you're ever feeling lost, just reach out to your Qudos Bank Business Development Manager for fast expert assistance.
With these three simple tips, we can streamline our application process and get things done faster, making life easier for everyone.
Just upload your instructions in writing via AOL as an additional document. Ensure ALL outstanding conditions and responses to any assessor’s questions are uploaded via AOL as additional documents.
At conditional approval an email will be sent to each borrower inviting them to complete VOI using a link in the email. This link should be accessed using a Mobile Phone and expires after 48 hours.
Our SLA’s are updated on our Broker portal and our aggregators use this information to maintain your Broker software.
