Qudos Bank has recently successfully rolled out a new Loan Origination System (LOS). One of the changes will see applicants completing their own Verification of Identity (VOI) in the comfort of their own home. Therefore, the requirement for the Mortgage ID form to be completed by Brokers will no longer be required.
Applicants will be sent a link to their nominated email address at Conditional Approval stage of application to allow them to complete the VOI process. Please note the link expires in 48 hours so please encourage applicants to complete as soon as possible.
Brokers are still required to provide a copy of one (1) primary ID document for each applicant when submitting applications.
