We were formed by a group of Qantas employees, more than 60 years ago, who wanted to establish better financial options for themselves, their families, and their community.

Today we're one of Australia’s largest customer-owned banks with over $5 billion in assets and branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We're a leader in the customer-owned banking industry and a proud winner of Canstar's Customer-Owned Bank of the Year and Mozo's Australia's Best Large Mutual Bank for 2020, 2021 and 2022. 

As a customer-owned bank we champion initiative and our people are empowered to take end-to-end ownership of their role, while owning their development at Qudos Bank. Our employees reported exceptional levels of engagement and satisfaction in the latest survey.

Specifically, we have exceeded the criteria of 80% staff satisfaction and are outperforming the industry benchmark. Only a small number of The Voice Project’s clients meet one of these criteria.

Our average satisfaction score was 80.1%, and scores were on average 6.2 percentage points above the industry benchmark, easily exceeding both criteria. Qudos Bank has therefore been identified as an exceptional place to work.
