Qudos Bank has been named a winner in this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Awards.
Each year, Mozo’s team of experts set out to uncover the best home loans currently on the market. We conduct a rigorous analysis of all products on our radar and assess them based on quality and value provided to customers.
In each category, we award just the top 10 percent of products. This year, Qudos Bank picked up two awards in the following categories:
- Low Cost Home loan: No Frills Home Loan
- Packaged Home Loan: Low Cost Home Loan - Value Package
When assessing package loans, our judges looked at 52 products, then identified the lowest cost options where borrowers could also get themselves a credit card and bank account that didn’t charge any account keeping fees.
Along with its competitive rates, Qudos Bank’s Low Cost Home Loan - Value Package stood out thanks to its many useful features and perks, including an offset account, redraw facility, and fee waivers on eligible credit cards.
In the Low Cost Home Loan category, we assessed 325 variable rate loans intended for owner occupier borrowers making principal and interest repayments. The winners were those that offered the best value across multiple LVR tiers.
Out of all the loans we assessed, Qudos Bank’s No Frills Home Loan was deemed to be one of the better options for borrowers, thanks in large part to its low rates and lack of upfront and ongoing fees.
