How do I cancel my PayID?

Using the Qudos Bank App:

  • Log into the Qudos Bank app and select "Manage PayIDs"
  • Select the PayID® you wish to cancel
  • Select PayID settings
  • And click close PayID.

Using Online Banking:

  • Navigate to Accounts and select "Manage PayIDs"
  • Select the PayID that needs to be cancelled
  • Select “More Actions” for that PayID
  • Select “Close PayID”
  • Follow the prompts to complete closure of PayID.
