Managing your cards

You can manage your card anytime within the Qudos Bank Mobile App or Online Banking.

Manage your card in the app:

1. Log into the Qudos Bank app
2. Click on the menu and head to 'Card Management'

Here you can report a lost or stolen card, change your PIN or set up card alerts.

Manage your card within Online Banking:

1. Log into Online Banking
2. Head to the 'Services' Tab
3. Select 'Card Management' and request your QSafe SMS code.

Here you change your PIN or report a lost or stolen card.
