To set an account nickname in the Qudos Bank mobile app, log into the mobile app and head to your accounts page.
- Click the three dots in the top right hand corner of your accounts page
- Select ‘’Rename Account’’ and follow the prompts
To set an account nickname within Online Banking,
- Log into your Online Banking and head to settings tab in the menu bar
- select 'Settings’ again in the drop down
- Select which account you would like to nickname by using the drop down arrow next to 'account nickname'
- Rename your account and hit save.
