To change your limits in Online Banking:

Simply log into Online Banking and select the transaction limits icon under the settings tab from the dashboard menu. To keep your account and transactions secure you’ll be required to enter your QSafe SMS or VIP Token code to proceed.

To change your limits in the Mobile App:

Log into the mobile app and select “Manage Accounts” from the dashboard menu, then "Transaction Limits", and simply edit the amount by clicking on the pencil icon.
