It’s important to make sure your contact details are up to date, you can easily update your details within the mobile app or via Online Banking.
To update your contact details in the app follow the steps below:
- Log in to the mobile app
- Head to "Settings" in the main menu
- Select "update address details’’ OR "update contact details"
- Edit your details and tap "save"
To update your contact details within Online Banking, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Online Banking via the Qudos Bank website
- Click "Settings" in the menu along the top
- Select either "Address Details" OR "Contact Details" from the dropdown menu
- Request QSafe SMS
- Edit your details and select "save’"
You can now indicate that your residential and mailing address are the same using a tickbox available in the Address Details section of Online Banking. This is available for both domestic and international addresses.
