I don’t have a mobile phone…

For those without Australian mobile phones, QSafe SMS is also available on Australian landlines.

When you register, ensure you select your landline number in the registration process.

When you want to make a new BPAY Payment, transfer or up-date your details for example you will receive a call to this phone and a code will be read out to you.

This code is what you will type in to the code field to complete the transaction within Online Banking.

Note: Only one SMS code is required for each online banking session (and only if making new transfers or payments for example). Once you have entered a QSafe code you can continue with your banking without any further SMS codes required.
