Reset the PIN code for your watch or tracker in the Fitbit app.

To reset your PIN code:

On Fitbit app dashboard, tap your profile.
Tap your watch or tracker tile.
Tap Device Lock.
Find the option to reset your PIN code and then follow the onscreen instructions.
