What do I do if I see unauthorised transaction on my account?

If you notice an unauthorised transaction on your account, please call us immediately on 1300 747 747.

Select option 3.

Then choose either:

  • Option 1 for card-related enquiries
  • Option 2 for transfers made via Internet Banking

Please note: Calls unrelated to these issues will be delayed and redirected.
