To tap into a better banking experience, please ensure you’re registered for Online Banking and that you have the most recent operating system running on your mobile device and compatible with the tablet devices. If you haven't changed your Online Banking password in some time we'd recommend you login and change your Online Banking password before trying to register the app to ensure a quick and easy registration process.
The minimum operating requirements for the new App are as follows:
• iOS software version 13.0 and above
• Android software version 6.0 and above
Please ensure your phone contact details within Online Banking are current, check the numbers you have registered against mobile, business and home, ensuring at least one field contains a mobile number.
It is important that you enter your Australian mobile number with 10 digits only e.g. 0412345678 i.e. please do not use any special characters or spaces otherwise you may experience problems registering the app.
Before you begin registering the new app, check that your Mobile and Data Roaming services are activated to ensure you receive your one-time password.
Download the VIP Access app and the Qudos Bank mobile app from your app store. VIP tokens, which are generated from the VIP Access app, are a secure authentication alternative to SMS codes. Once you have downloaded both apps, follow these steps:

To register the new app, you will need a one-time password which will be sent via SMS. This SMS will be sent at no charge by Qudos Bank, however if you are overseas at the time of registering, you may incur some costs associated with data roaming.

For iOS users please visit the Apple App Store and search for “Qudos Bank” to install. If you have our old QActive App on your device the app will display as an update in the App store.
For Android users please visit the Google Play store and search “Qudos Bank” to install. If you have our old QActive App on your device the app will display as an update in the Play store.
You can install and register the App on multiple iOS and Android devices. If you have multiple Memberships with us only one can be registered to use the app per device.
Click the "Forgotten your App PIN?" link on the PIN screen and follow the prompts. You'll need to de-register your device, and re-register to re-set a Qudos Bank app PIN. Have your Member Number and Online Banking password handy.
To manage your push notifications, head to the settings tab and tap alerts.

Alerts for new secure message received, new device registration and Osko payments received and rejected will be enabled automatically. Notifications for when a payment due date is approaching for your loan or credit card account and when your account is in negative balance can be managed within the app.
You will also need to ensure push notifications is enabled for the Qudos Bank app within your device settings.
Secure mail is a safe and convenient way to ask account related questions. Staff are able to verify you through Secure Mail and answer your questions efficiently.
You can access your secure mailbox via the ‘’Contact Us’’ tab within the menu for the Mobile App or via the ‘’View Mail’’ in the right-hand column within the home page of your Online Banking.

To create a new secure mail:

Card controls allow you to set up preferences on how you’d like to use your card and the ability to temporarily lock your card in the case you may have misplaced it.

Once your card is locked, no transactions can be made using the physical card. Recurring payments will not be affected.
To hide the amount shown on the Quick Balance feature, you will need to follow the steps below:
Alternatively, you can also select the wheel icon on the top right-hand corner of the app to access the Quick Balance settings (follow Steps 1-3 to access) and tap the toggle buttons to grey on both ‘Available balance visible’ and ‘Current balance visible’.
A question will then pop up to ask if you want to disable Quick Balance, select ‘Yes’. This will remove the balances shown on your accounts before logging in.
