To do so, login to Online Banking and select the ‘Settings’ tab then click on ‘QSafe SMS’ and follow the prompts.

What is QSafe SMS?

QSafe SMS is a unique 6 digit security code provided to your mobile or Australian landline number to authenticate your Online Banking activities.

How do I reset my Online Banking password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in Online Banking. Simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button. You’ll then be asked to fill in your details (member number, first name, surname, date of birth, email, mobile number and postcode), in order to verify your identity. Once all inputs are entered, you will then be re-directed to a confirmation screen.

From here, you’ll be asked to confirm your details. If all your details are correct, you can hit the reset button. You will be issued with a temporary password via SMS which you’ll need to change upon your next login.

If you experience any difficulties resetting your password, please call us during business hours on 1300 747 747 or drop by your closest branch.

Where do I download the app from?

For iOS users please visit the Apple App Store and search for “Qudos Bank” to install. If you have our old QActive App on your device the app will display as an update in the App store.

For Android users please visit the Google Play store and search “Qudos Bank” to install. If you have our old QActive App on your device the app will display as an update in the Play store.

Can I download the App onto more than one device?

You can install and register the App on multiple iOS and Android devices. If you have multiple Memberships with us only one can be registered to use the app per device.

I’ve forgotten my app PIN. Can I reset it?

Click the "Forgotten your App PIN?" link on the PIN screen and follow the prompts. You'll need to de-register your device, and re-register to re-set a Qudos Bank app PIN. Have your Member Number and Online Banking password handy.

How can I change my limits?

To change your limits in Online Banking:

Log into Online Banking and select "Settings" from the dashboard menu, then "Daily Transaction Limits". Enter your QSafe SMS or VIP Token code to proceed.


To change your limits in the Mobile App:

Log into the mobile app and select “Manage Accounts” from the dashboard menu, then "Transaction Limits", and simply edit the amount by clicking on the pencil icon.
