Switching banks is straightforward

Simply follow the steps below and you will have your new account set up in no time.

 1. Open an account

Before you begin ensure you've opened a Qudos Bank General Savings Account

2. Download our App

Download the Qudos Bank App on the App Store or Google Play. The app gives you access to your money from anywhere 24/7. Here you can change your PIN, transfer money, view your account balances and more.

3. Set up PayID

To make faster, real-time payments, set up PayID.

4. Move your money

Log in to your 'old bank' account or app and transfer your money over.

5. Update your details

Update your direct debits and credits yourself directly. Some examples include your payroll department, landlord for rental debits, streaming subscriptions and Government services such as Centrelink, ATO or Medicare.

6. Update your direct debits and credits

Alternatively, you can fill out the Switch of Regular Payment Arrangements form and we can transfer your direct debits and credits to your new account.

Once you have received confirmation that your direct debits and credits have been transferred to your new Qudos Bank account you should instruct your old bank(s) to close your account/s.
