A message from our Chair, Rodney Watson.
I’d like to congratulate Brendan Wright, who has been appointed by the Board as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Brendan is a highly accomplished senior executive, with over 20 years leadership experience in financial services including retail banking, commercial lending and mortgage broking.
His career achievements include Chief Executive Officer at mortgage finance aggregator, broker fintech platform - FAST Group and executive leadership roles within National Australia Bank. Brendan has also worked in consulting and currently sits on the board of Citoplus a broker software solution provider, as a non-executive Director.
Brendan will take leadership from myself and Deputy CEO Cindy Hansen on the 28th of August.
On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome Brendan to Qudos Bank and sincerely thank Cindy Hansen, our Deputy CEO who has assisted me in leading the organisation during a time of rapid change. Cindy will transition into a key leadership role, continuing her work in the oversight of our strategy and transformation programs.
Relocating from Melbourne to Sydney, Brendan’s key priority will be to direct and support the transformation underway, reinforcing Qudos Bank as a purpose led brand, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness into the future.
