Scam alert: targeted calls impersonating Qudos Bank

We are aware of a scam involving cold callers impersonating Qudos Bank and advising customers of unauthorised transactions on their accounts. Scammers then use this information to access the self‑service password reset function and obtain two‑factor authentication codes, allowing them to registerdevices or authorise transactions.

  • Quods Bank will never ask for your full card details over the phone.
  • If you receive a suspicious call, do not share any personal or banking information.
