Following Apple’s recent security enhancements introduced in iOS versions 18.3 and above, we are aware that iOS users may be experiencing trouble logging into the mobile app via FaceID.
Members can still login to the app by entering their 4-digit PIN. Once logged in, you will be able to re-enable biometrics. Click the menu icon then select Settings from the menu, then FaceID and click the “Use FaceID” toggle tore-enable FaceID on your device.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your understanding.
Please be advised that Qudos Bank is aware of an issue impacting in-app provisioning for iOS users. We are working on remediating the issue as a high priority.
In the meantime, you can still add your Qudos Bank card to your Apple Wallet manually by entering your card details. If you’ve already added your card, you can continue using it as usual.

Please note: during this offline period customers will still have access to card and digital wallet payments. Transactions and daily limits remain the same.
