Scam emails impersonating Qantas Money

We are aware of customers receiving scam emails and text messages falsely representing Qantas Money, requesting them to “verify” a card on their account or redeem points. These emails and messages are designed to trick customers into clicking links or providing personal or financial information.

They may use Qantas Money branding and logos to appear legitimate, however they are sent from non‑Qantas email addresses (for example, mssqatar.com) and phone numbers. A known subject line might include “Please complete your profile”, or to redeem points before they expire.

Qantas Money will never ask you to disclose your card details, PIN, or personal information via unsolicited email or links.

If you receive one of these messages or emails, do not click on any links or provide any information. Where possible, always verify requests through an authorised channel, such as the Qantas App or your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

If you’re unsure about an email or message you’ve received or believe you may have shared information, please contact Qantas Money promptly.
