Scam emails impersonating Qantas Money

We are aware of customers receiving scam emails falsely representing Qantas Money, requesting them to “verify” a card on their account. These emails are designed to trick customers into clicking links or providing personal or financial information.

The scam emails may use Qantas Money branding and logos to appear legitimate, however they are sent from non‑Qantas email addresses (for example,mssqatar.com). A known subject line might include “Please complete your profile”.

Qantas Money will never ask you to disclose your card details, PIN, or personal information via unsolicited email or links.

If you receive one of these emails, do not click on any links or provide any information. Where possible, always verify requests through an authorised channel, such as the Qantas App or your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
