How to register for the Qudos Bank App:

Download the VIP Access app and the Qudos Bank mobile app from your app store. VIP tokens, which are generated from the VIP Access app, are a secure authentication alternative to SMS codes. Once you have downloaded both apps, follow these steps:

1. Call us on +61 2 9582 3200 or send us a secure email to request the token service. We will provide you with a link to register for a VIP token.
2. Once you receive the link, click on it. You will be led to Online Banking.
3. Proceed to login as normal. Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Register VIP Token page.
4. Begin to fill in all the details. Here you'll need the credential ID number and security code generated from the VIP Access App. Once you've filled in the details, click on the 'register' button.
5. Next, register for the Qudos Bank app through the normal registration process.
6. During the registration process, you'll be asked to enter the credential ID number and security code generated from the VIP Access App. Remember, this screen will only come up if you have registered for a VIP token through the VIP Access App.
7. Continue to follow the prompts.
8. You're logged in! You can now use the Qudos Bank mobile app while overseas.

If you already have the VIP Access app, here's how you register for the Qudos Bank App:

Download the Qudos Bank mobile app from your app store. Then, follow these steps:

1. Begin registering for the Qudos Bank app through the normal registration process.
2. During the registration process, you'll be asked to enter the credential ID number and security code generated from your VIP Access app.
3. Continue to follow the prompts.
4. You're logged in! You can now use the Qudos Bank mobile app while overseas.

If you're already registered for VIP tokens and using them within Online Banking you can use them to register the App now. Head to your App store and download our App to get started.
