Apple Pay works with:

iPhone SE (and later versions) in stores, within apps, and on the web in Safari
iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 3 (and later versions) within apps and on the web in Safari
Apple Watch in stores and within apps
Mac for payments on the web in Safari
