How to activate your card in Online Banking

Note: if this is a replacement card you don't need to follow the activation steps. You're ready to go!

  • Login to Online Banking.
  • Once logged in, click on the services tab and look for the 'Card Management' option
  • You will need to ensure you have QSafe activated and request your code.
  • Select the option to activate card and follow the prompts
