Interest rate increase – Thursday 5 February: Following the RBA’s decision to change the official cash rate, interest rates for owner‑occupier and investor variable loans will increase by 0.25%, effective 19 February 2026. For standard Qudos Bank Visa debit cards, the daily payWave limit is 30 transactions or a total of $15,000 per day. You may be prompted to enter your card PIN for any purchase over $100, and mobile wallet transactions may require pre‑authentication on your device.
If you prefer a lower daily limit, we also offer a low‑limit Visa debit card that allows unlimited payWave transactions with a maximum total limit of $300 per day.
