There are a maximum of 50 threads permitted within Secure Mail. To delete old Secure Mail Messages:
Online Banking
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking.
Step 2: Access your Secure Mail inbox by selecting ''View Mail'' in the right-hand column within the home page of your Online Banking.
Step 3: Request a QSafe code and input the code tovalidate
Step 4: Select all the messages in the inbox that you wish to delete and select ‘Delete’
Step 5: Confirm that you want to delete the selected messages
Mobile App
Step 1: Log in to the Qudos Bank App
Step 2: Access your Secure Mail either via the dashboard shortcut or via the menu by selecting ‘Contact Us’ and then ‘Secure Mail’
Step 3: Click the pencil icon in the top right-handcorner of your inbox
Step 4: Select all the messages in the inbox that you wish to delete and select ‘Delete’
Step 5: Confirm that you want to delete the selected messages
