Interest rate announcement: Following the RBA’s decision to change the official cash rate, interest rates for owner-occupier and investor variable loans will increase by 0.25%, effective 15 October 2026. How can I change my limits ?

To change your limits in Online Banking:

Log into Online Banking and select "Settings" from the dashboard menu, then "Daily Transaction Limits". Enter your QSafe SMS or VIP Token code to proceed.

To change your limits in the Mobile App:

Log into the mobile app and select “Manage Accounts” from the dashboard menu, then "Transaction Limits", and simply edit the amount by clicking on the pencil icon.
