Interest rate increase – Thursday 5 February: Following the RBA’s decision to change the official cash rate, interest rates for owner‑occupier and investor variable loans will increase by 0.25%, effective 19 February 2026. From 19 February 2026, deposit rates across the majority of savings products will also increase by 0.25%. Find out more.
If you haven't previously registered for online banking, call us on 1300 747 747 and our service team can help set up your Online banking details. Alternatively, you can pop into one of our branches.
If you signed up online you will have automatically been given an online banking account allowing you to access internet banking and login to our app.
Once you've registered, you can find Online Banking in the top right hand side of our website.
Your first Online Banking password will be a random password. When you access Online Banking for the first time you will be asked to change this password.
If you have access to your temporary password, you can follow the steps in our video to set up online banking.
