Why can I no longer view the PayTo Agreement request from the merchant?

The PayTo agreement request must be authorised by the due date set by the merchant. If you can no longer see the pending request, this means the timeframe to accept the request has expired. You will need to contact the merchant or business directly to initiate the request again.
