Bank Impersonation Scams – We're aware of fraudsters impersonating bank employees. Always verify by calling our advertised number prior to giving any personal details.
If you would like a second level of security for every transfer you make, you can do this by deleting all your existing payees (saved favourites) and then deleting the details again after each new payment.
This will mean a code is required each time. However, please note that if you do this, you will need to enter the payees full account details each time you make a transfer.
